I Giardini di Sacro Monte Eco-immobiliare (GSM): Appian Investment Partners, with the financial support of an international institutional investor, has revamped the project previously/formerly known as “I Giardini Sospesi (The Hanging Garderns) - now “Borghi18” – in Varese, giving it a new impulse, so as to bring the project to completion aiming at making an innovative residential complex, by means of using advanced facilities (like geothermal, rainwater harvesting, home automation, radiantfloor heating and cooling system) and enhancing its unique location at the base of the Sacro Monte the Holy Mountain) in Varese.
Appian Investment Partners has:
1. Identified and evaluated the opportunity in investing in the mortgage lien of the F.E.M.M. Ltd’s bankruptcy
2. Disclosing the opportunity to an international institutional investor, and assisting it in its evaluations;
3. Assisting the investor in the negotiations to acquire the lien and in its organization of the securization;
4. Assisting the curator in managing the estate of the bakrupt company in order to preserve the building stock acquired before the bankruptcy;
5. Assisting the investor in creating the ReoCo “I Giardini di Sacro Monte Eco-Immobilaire”, and managing the building completion work, the valorisation works, and in defining a communication and sale strategy.
